| Blanking line is composed
of coil handling equipment, blanking press and piling
stations. Leveler with rigid and hard-chromed rollers
will perform guaranteed straightness of material
flowing from the uncoiler. The AC servo control
system in feeder feeds the material into blanking
press precisely at the speed up to 80 spm.
Thanks to applying to magnetic conveyor and soft
piling control, piling stations make no harm to
stack the blanks from blanking press.
The devices in this system will be adjusted automatically
during die & coil exchange procedures after
presetting production parameters.
