Rotary Shear Line

Because the up-cut type shearing mechanism is used for the rotary shear, the lower blade makes a circle movement and the upper blade a horizontal one, and there is no scratch on the cut sheets while piling. A quick blade changer is available using the blade block. Blades clearance adjustment at 0.01mm is done by means of a manual handle, which has high accuracy and is good for thin strip shearing. The capacity of this rotary shear is the maximum of 150 cuts per minute at a cutting length of 700mm.
