Straight Side High Speed Single Crank Presses

SH1 series is high speed single crank presses designed and extra long precision 8-face central box type gibbings providing full control of slide alignment during the effect stroke to allow the off-center loads. Specially designed for the production of the high speed progressive blanking and transferring parts.

Standard Features

	Equipping with perfect dynamic counterbalance device, tooling’s impact vibration can be dramatically reduced, thus tooling’s accuracy and its service life can be withholding and prolonged.
	Highly precision steel alloy crankshafts are designed to be supported by four bearings, this mechanism enable to increase the tolerance of off-center loads.
	Equipping with hydraulic type locking device for slide adjusting motor, this can assure the precision of rated tonnage point stable, thus the intention for producing a better quality parts and prolonging tooling’s life can be achieved.
	Extra long precision 8-face central box type gibbings provide full control of slide alignment during the effect stroke to allow the off-center loads.
