High rigidity frame, applications suitable for various kinds of stamping works. STS available for two different productions-general stamping and high speed production.
Standard Features
The steel fabricated press frame in one piece and annealed for full stress-relieve.
The crankshaft is driven by flywheel directly with or without gear depending on the requirement of the slide speed and the rated tonnage point.
The connection rod is designed to connect the crankshaft and the box-type slide assembly to absorb the high impact and breakthrough force generated from high speed blanking operation.
